The company's core competence includes the development and manufacturing of fire resistant safety storage cabinets according to the European Standard EN 14470. All safety storage cabinets are "Made in Germany" and will be delivered all over the world.
asecos develop products that offer the highest degree of protection and comfort in daily work. Right from the start asecos has set a new level of safety by introducing Type 90 technology for fire-resistant safety storage cabinets.

Technical information
The primary goal of a safety storage cabinet is the minimization of the fire risk when storing combustible liquids or compressed gases. In case of fire the safety storage cabinets prevent the substances stored within from assisting the spread of the fire. A special fire-retardant construction makes it possible.
The quality and safety of asecos products are recognized and certified by all leading institutes. Products manufactured in-house by asecos are benchmarks for maximum safety and quality.
In total, there are four cabinet type classes: 15, 30, 60 and 90. The respective type class indicates how long the cabinet protects the hazardous materials stored inside against fire.
The asecos cabinet models are available in various sizes, with different doors and door arrest systems as well as innumerable equipment options. Furthermore, there are different cabinets for the storage of combustible liquids, compressed gas cylinders, acids and alkalis and non-combustible chemicals.
Additional information
The world's first Type 90 safety storage cabinet was designed by asecos. As the worldwide market leader for safety storage cabinets according to EN 14470 part 1 and part 2, asecos has been actively involved in standardization bodies at both national and international levels. The innovations from asecos are thus state-of-the-art developments.
Safety storage cabinets with 90 minutes fire resistance
Safety storage cabinets for unrestricted storage of flammable hazardous materials in work areas in accordance with EN 14470-1. Type 90 safety storage cabinets guarantee maximum safety while minimizing the risk of fire spreading as well as protecting the contents in the event of a fire. The Q-LINE, S-LINE, K-LINE, XL-LINE and UB-LINE offer a large variation of models and interior equipment with the following features:
Maximum fire resistance and highest quality
- Safety storage cabinets are type-tested according to EN 14470-1, certified to GS, are CS compliant and conform to the laboratory furniture norm EN 14727
User-friendly and safe
- Available accessories such as transport bases for in-house transports and cabinets with one-hand operation, door open arrest system and automatic door closing for the convenient and safe removal or storage of containers, enable an effortless use
No unauthorised use
- Cabinet doors lockable with profile cylinder (tall cabinets) or cylinder lock (under bench cabinets)
- Locking state indicator (red/green) signals the locking status of under bench and Q-LINE safety storage cabinets

Large variation of models

- For an optimal adaption to the users requirements asecos tall cabinets are available with wing or folding doors and under bench cabinets are equipped with either wing doors or drawers
Safety storage cabinets for gas cylinders
GS-tested safety storage cabinets for the storage of pressurised gas cylinders in working spaces in accordance with EN 14470-2. With up to 90 minutes fire resistance, asecos safety storage cabinets offer maximum safety when storing gas cylinders in working areas. The G-LINE includes a large variation of models and interior equipment with the following features:

Safety storage cabinets for acids and bases
GS-tested safety storage cabinets for the storage of aggressive and non-flammable hazardous materials in working areas. Acids and bases can be stored safe and separately due to two hermetically divided storage compartments and the integrated aeration and venting system. The SL-LINE includes a large variation of models with the following features:
