Cancellation and Returns Policy

It is the policy of Fisher Scientific Ireland Limited to accept return of catalogue equipment product, within 28 days from date of purchase, where customers have ordered items they do not require. This is subject to the limitations that the item is unused, in its original packing and that the return has been authorised by a Fisher Scientific Customer Service Representative within the limits set out in the Company ISO9000 procedure.

Return of Laboratory Chemicals and Customer Specified / Non-Catalogue product will not generally be accepted. Where return of Laboratory Chemicals has been authorised, Fisher Scientific arranged transport must be used. Under no circumstances must chemicals be posted or other unauthorised transportation be used.

Return of any item, other than as part of a customer complaint, may be subject to a handling charge.

Orders for Customer Specified / Non-Catalogue product may not be cancelled without the prior agreement of Fisher Scientific.
