Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, contact customer service. The correct customer service phone number can be found on the Contact Us page. 

If you cancel your order prior to shipment, in other words if you cancel prior to the dispatch of your order, you will not be charged.

If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, but prior to your order being delivered, this must be done by contacting our Fisher Scientific customer services department. In this case, please note you may be charged shipping and restocking fees.
