Description
trans-Anethole is used to inhibits lung and forestomach carcinogenesis, used as carbon and energy supplement in the culture media of Pseudomonas putida strain. It is also used as used as a flavoring substance.

ApplicationsLe trans-anéthole est utilisé pour inhiber la carcinogenèse des poumons et du préestomac, comme supplément de carbone et d’énergie dans les milieux de culture de la souche Pseudomonas putida. Il est également utilisé comme substance aromatisante.
Solubilité
Soluble dans le benzène, l’acétate d’éthyle, l’acétone, le disulfure de carbone.
Remarques
