Description

Used in flavoring tangerine, mandarin, cherry, melon and orange and also as a fragrances agent. It causes defects for locomotion in green fluorescent protein (GFP).

Applications
Utilisé dans les arômes de mandarine, de cerise, de melon et d’orange, ainsi que comme agent de parfum. Il provoque des défauts de motricité dans la protéine fluorescente verte (GFP). C’est un agent antimicrobien qui détruit les champignons en supprimant leur capacité à se développer ou à se reproduire.

Solubilité
Non miscible ou difficile à mélanger dans l’eau. Soluble dans l’alcool et les huiles fixes.

Remarques
Sensible à l’air. Conserver à l’écart de l’air et des agents oxydants. Gardez le récipient bien fermé et placez-le dans un endroit frais, sec et bien ventilé. Stocker sous un gaz inerte.
