Description
Pyruvic aldehyde is used in the synthesis and cytotoxicity evaluation of N-terminal analogues of tubulysin-U an antimitotic compound. Also used in the synthesis of imidazoles as potent calcitonin gene-related CGRP antagonists.

ApplicationsL’aldéhyde pyruvique est utilisé dans la synthèse et l’évaluation de la cytotoxicité d’analogues N-terminaux de la tubulysine-U un composé antimitotique. Également utilisé dans la synthèse d’imidazoles comme antagonistes puissants du CGRP lié au gène de la calcitonine.
