Description
Spermine tetrahydrochloride, is used to precipitate DNA from low salt aqueous buffers. Spermine tetrahydrochloride was used to precipitate DNA for flow cytometric analysis from fresh frozen breast cancer tissue, archival tissue of salivary gland, renal and thyroid tumors2 and red blood cells of chicken.

ApplicationsLe tétrachlorhydrate de spermine est utilisé pour précipiter l’ADN à partir de tampons aqueux à faible teneur en sel. Le tétrachlorhydrate de spermine a été utilisé pour précipiter l’ADN pour l’analyse cytométrique en flux à partir de tissus frais de cancer du sein congelé, de tissus d’archives de la glande salivaire, de tumeurs 2 rénales et thyroïdiennes et de globules rouges de poulet.
Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau (348,2 g/l à 20°C).
Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Hygroscopique. Stocker sous un gaz inerte. Tenir à l’écart des agents oxydants forts.
