Description

MA5-18094 is negative on all human cells and cell lines tested. This antibody recognizes a rat cell surface marker, and therefore cannot be used as a negative control in this species. Test results have shown that MA5-18094 is also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, ovine, porcine, equine, canine, lapine and guinea-pig tissues. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL.
