Description
This buffer solution is used for eluting (dissociating) antibodies in various antibody purification procedures such as affinity purification of antibody using peptide coupled to a column. It is widely used as a buffer for a variety of immunological applications. Glycine is also used as an eluent in column chromatography. Glycine has been reported for use in the enzymatic determination of lactate using lactic dehydrogenase.

Cette solution tampon est utilisée pour éluer (dissocier) les anticorps dans diverses procédures de purification des anticorps, telles que la purification par affinité des anticorps utilisant des peptides couplés à une colonne. Il est largement utilisé comme tampon dans une variété d’applications immunologiques. La glycine est également utilisée comme éluant dans la chromatographie sur colonne. Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau (100 mg/ml) et dans l’acétone (légèrement soluble). Insoluble dans l’alcool et l’éther.
Remarques
Stockez-le dans un endroit frais. Garder le récipient bien fermé dans un endroit sec et bien ventilé. Les récipients qui sont ouverts doivent être soigneusement rescellés et maintenus à la verticale pour éviter toute fuite. Température de stockage recommandée 2 - 8°C
