Applications
Le chlorhydrate de 1-adamantanamine est utilisé dans le traitement prophylactique ou symptomatique de la grippe A. Il est également utilisé comme agent antiparkinsonien, pour traiter des réactions pyramidales supplémentaires et pour la névralgie post-septique. Il est également utilisé avec un antagoniste du récepteur NMDA.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau (50 mg/ml), l’éthanol (38 mg/ml à 25°C), le chloroforme (1:18), le DMSO (38 mg/ml à 25°C) et le méthanol

Remarques
Hygroscopique. Entreposer dans un endroit frais et sec, dans un récipient hermétiquement fermé. Endroit bien ventilé. Conserver à l‘écart de l‘agent oxydant et de l‘eau / humidité.
