Returning an Order

Making a return is easy through your Fisher Scientific web account. Read our Cancellation and Returns Policy to find out if the product you ordered can be returned.

1. To start a return, click 'Returns Request Form' from the Customer Support links at the bottom of the page or navigate directly to Return Request Form page.
2. If your return is accepted, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive return instructions by email. If more information is needed, you’ll see a message indicating that customer service will be in touch by phone or email.
