Responding to the COVID-19 Outbreak

Thank you for your ongoing support and patience as we all work through the continued challenges of the COVID-19 outbreak together.

We continue to partner with suppliers to increase our inventories of critical products where possible so we can meet your needs and requests. Due to sustained high demand for personal protective equipment (PPE), hand sanitizer, disinfectants and viral specimen collection kits, our inventories are limited. We are prioritizing orders for those customers directly involved in containing the spread of COVID-19. This includes government, high volume patient testing sites, first responders, healthcare customers and workers supporting patient testing and vaccine development.

Our core PPE and specimen collection suppliers are scaling their production to support us. We are also working with an expanded group of suppliers globally to increase our inventories and expediting freight modes wherever possible. Our teams are working hard to respond to your inquiries and requests every day, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions or need assistance with an order. We ask for your understanding as we do our best to respond.
